GENERAL CONDITIONS
Any rental request implies knowledge of the rate and acceptance of the campsite's internal regulations and the rental conditions below. All rentals are nominative and cannot, under any circumstances, be transferred or sublet. You commit to respecting the stay dates as well as the payment dates. The reservation becomes final only upon receipt of the deposit check, the booking fee, and the contract signed by the client. It becomes effective only after written approval from the Management, and will be returned to you accepted. This document must be presented upon arrival.Stay:
Camping:
Arrivals and departures are possible every day of the week, with a departure deadline of 12:00 PM. After this time, an additional night will be charged.
Rental:
Arrivals are on Saturdays from 3:00 PM and departures are on Saturdays before 10:00 AM. The installation is reserved and retained from 3:00 PM until 9:00 AM the following day. If the tenant does not arrive within the given timeframe and has not contacted the Management, they lose the right to the reserved installation and the amount already paid.
Payment of the Stay:
For rentals and camping, the full balance of the stay must be paid no later than upon arrival. For payment by bank check, settle 1 month before arrival. The adult signatory is responsible for the equipment rented. They must provide proof of liability insurance. It is the camper's responsibility to insure themselves.Cancellation:In case of cancellation, you will be charged or remain liable for:The rental fees, booking fees, and insurance.
As a contract termination indemnity:An amount equal to 20% of the total cost of the stay if you cancel more than 15 days before the scheduled arrival date.
An amount equal to the total cost of the stay if you cancel less than 15 days before the scheduled arrival date or if you do not show up on that date.
Restrictions:
Access to the campsite is closed to vehicles from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Any visitor must report their entry and pay the fee; their vehicle will remain outside the campsite. For rentals, at the end of the stay, the refrigerator must be defrosted and the rental must be cleaned. Otherwise, a cleaning fee of €50 will be charged.
Deposits:
Upon arrival at the campsite, a deposit of €300 will be required for rentals. In case of damage, the deposit will be kept until repairs are made and returned after deducting the costs incurred. For departures outside the reception hours, deposits will be returned by mail after the inventory and return of borrowed items. Acceptance of the rental is subject to compliance with the campsite's internal regulations.
For any disputes, the local court will have sole jurisdiction.
